Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 November 2025 — alexandersavitt.com

This Privacy Policy explains how alexandersavitt.com (referred to as "we", "us" or "the site") collects, uses and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.

Our website is intentionally simple: the only interactive element is a Get in Touch contact form, and we provide an external link to the site owner’s LinkedIn profile.

Personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily submit through the Get in Touch form. This may include:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • any message or details you provide about the service you are enquiring about

We do not collect personal data automatically beyond what is required for basic website operation.

Cookies and CookieAdmin

We use CookieAdmin on this site to manage cookies and user consent. At present we only enable necessary technical cookies required for the site to function. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or behavioural profiling cookies.

If optional cookies are added later, CookieAdmin will present a consent choice and you can manage or withdraw consent at any time through the CookieAdmin interface.

How we use your data

We use the data you submit only to:

  • understand your enquiry
  • respond to you by email or phone
  • maintain basic communication records for client service and follow-up

We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in to receive marketing communications.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We only share it if:

  • you request that we do so, for example asking us to share your details with a third party
  • we are required to do so by law

When you click the LinkedIn link on our site you leave our domain and LinkedIn’s own privacy policy and practices apply. We do not control LinkedIn’s handling of your data.

Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox (customer.services@alexandersavitt.com) and are not stored permanently on the website. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at the email below.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for basic communication records. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time; we will comply unless retention is required by law.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate data
  • request deletion of your data
  • withdraw consent at any time
  • request restriction or object to processing
  • request a copy of your data in a commonly used format (data portability)
  • lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

To exercise any of these rights, contact: customer.services@alexandersavitt.com.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
